Rally - Unable to install rally - install_rally.sh is not available in repo

Hi, Ankit!
Please accept my apologies for the outdated documentation. Updating docs is
my top 1 priority for Rally project, but unfortunately, I do not have much
time for doing that.
As for the issue you are facing with `rally deployment show command`, it
looks like a bug. Switching from `rally deployment` to `rally env` subset
of command should solve the problem (rally deployment will be deprecated at
some point).
