[all][elections][tc] Stepping down from the TC

Everyone else has pretty much covered all of the general well-wishes, so
I wanted to share a quick anecdote from my time working with JP.

As many of you know, I've gone through some tough times in my personal
life over the past year or so. During one of the worst parts of that, JP
pinged me claiming he wanted me to review something. First, he asked how
I was doing and we had a chat about that. He never did ask for a review.

Now, maybe he simply forgot. ;-) But I choose to believe he was just
looking for an excuse to check in on me because that's the kind of
person he is.

It's been a pleasure, JP, and I hope our paths cross again in the future.

I just have switched to (yet) another duty at my employer, keeping me away from OpenStack. Next to this, I believe it's good to have some fresh members in the TC, it's been a while I am part of this family now :)
