hum one gap that could be a blocker for gitea is the lack fo confidential issue support

unless https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/issues/3217 is adressed we would not be able to use it
for security bugs so that i think would be a blocker.

but that would be a requirement for any issue tracker we use so we can track security bugs privetly.
