Hi,

I'm not sure but I think I've seen something similar. Although the  
pastebin link seems broken I'd try 'nova reboot --hard <UUID>' to get  
the hypervisor to rebuild the xml config from database. This has  
worked for me, but as I said, it wasn't necessarily the exact same case.
