Thanks Ghanshyam we may no impact based on zuul v3 for testing using tempest.

If we submit a new guideline for 2020.10.json where will I see the patch under https://devops.org/osf/interior or patch?

It is moved from zuulv2 native jobs to zuulv3 native and Ubuntu Bionic to Ubuntu Focal which basically are only testing framework side updates not on any user facing
interface updates so it will not impact any interop way.
