Thanks Renat, But you need to do this for all the repo under Mistral projects. 

- CONTRIBUTING.rst needs to be added or updated as per new template for all repo

- doc/source/contributor/contributing.rst only needed if repo follow the same task tracking or process etc than mistral repo.
For example, 
-  python-mistralclient has seprate LP so we need this file listing python-mistralclient LP
- If some repo need single core approval then that repo need this file to mention it explicitly. 
Basically to document the things which are differrent than mistral contributing.rst
