Open Stack

Just a note for the future cores in tripleo-upgrades.
They should be added to tripleo-upgrade-core group and not tripleo-core:
https://review.opendev.org/#/admin/groups/1853,members

I moved Sergii and Jesse to the right groups ;-)
Also a friendly reminder that if you're promoted to core of a specific area
of TripleO, we trust you that you'll use the +2 where it's appropriate.
