Open Stack

Hi everyone,

I'd like to propose adding Erik Berg to the OSA core team.  They've
been doing solid contributions with some activity in reviews and I
think they'd be an excellent addition to the OSA team

If no one opposes, I'll be adding them to the core team in the next few days.
