Or I will say we make the daily/weekly (say spend 1 hour on any preferred week day) practice of doing planned homework to monitor new contributors instead of waiting for the meeting at least current active members in FC SIG.
Monthly meetings for check and other planning is no harm too. We can report our monthly observations there.
