To be honest, if 16:00UTC in China is 24:00 at night, if we attend to this meeting, then maybe the whole day will be listless and distressing.
How about 10:30UTC or 11:00UTC? I know you are works at this time, but maybe dansmith will be still absent like the regular meeting at 21:00 UTC.
