Hi,

I asked in another thread, but didn't get a response. In the kolla
cyborg-agent image we install OPAE. There is a comment claiming this
is a required dependency. It doesn't seem to be available for CentOS
8. If that is the case, we will need to drop support for the
cyborg-agent image from Ussuri.

Could someone confirm if OPAE is a hard dependency or not?
