Note that Etherpad URLs are case-sensitive and Meetpad URLs are
case-insensitive, so we *strongly* recommend making your Meetpad
URLs all lower-case as a result (because they'll end up mapping to
the lower-case version of their name on the Etherpad side). We've
discussed how we might go about faking case-insensitivity in our
Etherpad through some creative Apache rewrites, but before we can do
that we have to analyze and clean up thousands of case-insensitivity
collisions between Etherpad names, which nobody's had time to tackle
yet.
