Hello folks,

Our cloud provider plans to do maintainance operation on 2020-07-15 from 
18:00 to 20:00 UTC.
Service interruption is expected, including:
- Zuul CI not running jobs for gerrit, github or opendev.
- RDO Trunk not building new packages.
- DLRN API.
- review.rdoproject.org and softwarefactory-project.io gerrit service.
