[kolla] Quick start: ansible deploy failure

Hello,
Im following quick start guide on deploying Kolla ansible and getting
failure on deploy stage:

kolla-ansible -i ./multinode deploy

I deploy to Centos7 with latest updates.
[user at master ~]$ pip list

2020. Please upgrade your Python as Python 2.7 won't be maintained after
