[openstack-helm][stein]Cinder pods stuck in init state after deployed in k8s cluster

Hi Tin,
Is there any support for local storage for cinder deployment? If yes, how
can I try that?  Since Ceph is not part of our production deployment, I
can't include Ceph in  our deployment.
