[TripleO] when running cloud deploy again to add more nodes: Database schema file with version 139 doesn't exist

Hi all.
I am getting some failing components on controller host:

cinder_api_db_sync
and in controller:/var/log/containers/stdouts/

migration: "Database schema file with version 139 doesn't exist."
how to bypass this?
