Thanks Ghanshyam, Goutham and all volunteers for taking this over!

Last time we discussed the future of RefStack it was pretty clear that 
our ecosystem values its existence and how it helps asserting products 
compatibility with a set of APIs.

While I can't carve the time to take a core reviewer role on this, I 
intend to post patches wherever necessary when issues are reported by 
RefStack users trying to submit results.
