[tripleo] TripleO CI Summary: Unified Sprint 36

Greetings,

The TripleO CI team has just completed **Unified Sprint 36** (Nov 13 thru Dec
03). The following is a summary of completed work during this sprint cycle:

   Added Tempest cleanup support:

   Ported jobs running against tripleo-ansible stable/train to centos-8

   ansible-role-collect-logs role is packaged now and available for train
   onwards
