Correct. Discussion would be related to the opendev services themselves and project consumption of that. Gate failures, gerrit feature enhancements, service outages and upgrades, etc are all fair game. Project specific work like Nova's next set of features, or the release schedule, etc should remain in openstack-discuss as before.
