Hello everyone,

I would like to request a feature freeze exception for Horizon for the
allow-users-change-expired-password blueprint. The blueprint consists
of three patches, of which one, implementing the actual password change
form, is already merged, and the other two, implementing the redirect
to that form when the password is expired, and adding documentation and
release notes, have been already tested, reviewed and accepted (but
can't be merged due to the freeze).
