I pinged the Calico team on their Slack, but have not heard back yet. However, it looks like Neil has been working on getting the py3 issues resolved in https://review.opendev.org/#/c/682338/, so hopefully that will get ironed out soon! (Thanks Neil!) If it is blocking patches in os_neutron, I think we should set the calico job to non-voting temporarily until a fix is merged to networking-calico.
