Thanks for that information. I think creating stable/ocata in Tempest will face the maintenance issue.
Let's try with tag first if that work fine.

I am on same page with you on this but there are different opinion on how to change API with microversion.

Yeah, as per Extended Maintainance stable branch testing policy, Tempest would not be able
to maintain those code.  It becomes difficult from maintenance as well as strict verification side also.
