[infra][neutron] Requesting help to remove feature branches

Hi,

So we all stay on the same page, the four branches were removed by the
infra team. Thanks!. This is the conversation we had in regards to the
feature/lbaasv2 branch, where we agreed tht it was not necessary to save
any state:
