We have submitted one patch regarding `Add support for tosca definition version 1.2` under topic `toscadefinition1.2-support`.

We are adding a new feature in tacker to implement ETSI specs. In the beginning adding interface to manage vnf packages.
For this feature spec [1] to merge, we need tosca-parser patch to be merged.

We would appreciate if you can take a look at the patch and give your feedback.
