Hello Zorillas and interested stackers,

Due to a part of our community attending the Open Infrastructure
Summit+PTG (Nov 4-8, 2019) and KubeCon+CloudNativeCon (Nov 18-21,
2019), I propose that we cancel the weekly IRC meetings on Nov 7th and
Nov 21st.

If you'd like to discuss anything during these weeks, please chime in
on freenode/#openstack-manila, or post to this mailing list.
