Open Stack

I just noticed that Flavio is still a member of glance-stable-maint. 
Nothing against him personally -- he's an excellent dude -- but he 
hasn't been working on Glance (or OpenStack) for quite a while now and 
is no longer a member of glance-core, so he probably shouldn't be on the 
stable-maint team.  (Not that he'd do anything bad, it just makes the 
glance-stable-maint team look larger than it actually is.)

On the off chance he'll see this message, I'd like to thank Flavio for 
all his hard work in the past keeping Glance stable!
