which
  nova REST API could be used to trigger reconfigure (resize, reboot, 
new api)
* A potential way forward would be Ironic supporting resize 
(confirm/revert)
  as well with some magical autodetection of an Ironic instance *or* 
some
  magical flavor-based solution
