Artom signed up for this but I don't see patches yet.

As far as I know we don't have owners for these yet. I'm a bit swamped 
right now otherwise I'd start working on the live migration plan we 
agreed on at the forum [1]. I can take a crack at starting a patch for 
the live migration thing but will likely need some peer developer 
synergy action super happy fun time for things like docs/tests/reno.
