Hi,

I am setting up all-in-one ubuntu based kolla-ansible pike openstack.

Deployment is failing at following ansible task:

I can see following stack trace in nova-compute container log

I saw nova-compute nova.conf has [placement] section configured well and
it's same as nova_api's placement section.
Other nova containers are started well.

Any thoughts?
