[all][PTG] Strawman Schedule

I wonder if we could somehow find time on Thursday morning.
Alternatively we could select a time from ironic's windows to shift
focus for an hour or two if that seems like enough time to work
through the SIG questions. That being said, that time window would
need to be Thursday or Friday.
