[all][PTG] Strawman Schedule

Attached is an updated schedule based on the changes I have gotten from
people. If there are any other issues I need to know ASAP.

As for the Baremetal SIG, we could put it Saturday (but it would conflict
with Ironic)? Otherwise there is always the reserve able space?
