Hi Jeremy,

Sorry for missing that.  I figured the monthly slot time was probably slotted
every month for TC members and that office hours were open in schedules.

In retrospective, I'll add that as an option in the future, as it's
probably a bit
too late to make the change.

If you have any feedback that you want to leave, I think leaving it on as a
review will be helpful and we'll try to make sure we address and discuss
those points.
