OSA with cumulus linux

Hi Grant,

we’ve just built an Openstack Cloud with Layer3 fabric with Cumulus
Linux switches. We have a custom playbook which configures the
hosts and switches. It is run before the OSA playbooks. I don’t think
there is any Cumulus specific stuff inside OSA.
