Note, that since we've declared this office hours, it means it's ad
hoc and nobody is required to be there. It's merely a time that
we've designated as a reasonable point for the placement to check in
with each other and for other people to check in with the placement
team. That is: let's make sure this doesn't turn into "we moved the
meeting to wednesday".
