Open Stack

It looks like the Kenneth Reitz, the primary maintainer of the requests
library, is stepping down [1]. There are several offers to take over
right now, so it's not really clear to me what's going to happen. I
think we'll want to keep an eye on both requests and requests3 until the
new maintainer is designated. And of course if anyone is interested in
helping out, I encourage you to get involved in the discussion on
github.
