Dell/EMC has continued to be an active contributor to the Cinder project 
and they have a working 3rd Party CI.  So, the driver should work and if 
you are seeing issues please provide details to the mailing list or come 
join us in the #openstack-cinder channel on IRC and we can try to help you.
