[kolla] [freezer] freezer scheduler auth_url error

Hi Gaëtan.
What do you mean *"will have to run into the instance you want to backup"?*
I understand scheduler and agent must run on the same node (like openstack
controller) but not sure on the VM instances you just created.
Can you clarify? Cheers
