[tc] [election] Candidate question: growth of projects

Obviously, the safe answer for these questions is number doesn't matter,
we should focus on the core/mission of OpenStack. But as Alex said, not
much people can know all of those 63 projects. And given some companies
are reducing their investiment on OpenStack, we don't have much
resources like before(say 2014-2015). So I do think we need more focus.
