[nova-lxd] no one uses nova-lxd?

Yeah we're definitely looking into Zun, which is probably a better approach
going forward, but it's a very different implemention and we were pretty
close with the old one. Didn't mean to make it sound like we'd stop working
on containerization, it's just a setback. :D
