[nova-lxd] no one uses nova-lxd?

Octavia was looking at doing a proof of concept container based backend
driver using nova-lxd, and some work had been slowly ongoing for the past
couple of years. But, it looks like we also will have to completely abandon
that effort if the driver is dead. Shame. :(
