Internal Server Error (HTTP 500)” is the key here Can you please raise a bug in launchpad (https://launchpad.net/kolla-ansible) and attach: kolla-ansible package version /etc/kolla/globals.yml full log from kolla-ansible -vvv deploy as a starter?
