Open Stack

Greetings!

With yesterday's final RC deadline past, I have now proposed a patch for the
final releases for all cycle-with-rc projects for Stein.

We would love to have all PTLs provide a +1 on that patch. While not strictly
necessary, it is great to see everyone's acknowledgement of the patch. Plus you
will all get included in the metedata for the final tag, so it makes a great
record.
