[all][security-sig][meta-sig] Forum summary: Expose SIGs and WGs

++ on engaging with us in the Security SIG, it's great to get more activity
that is aligned with security and image encryption definitely seems like it
fits in OpenStack.

Unfortunately, as fungi mentioned, the Security SIG is currently not very
active at the moment with the current members' responsibilities stretched
over multiple other groups.
