The patch https://review.openstack.org/622710 is trying to update the
author address in the packaging metadata for castellan. The
barbican-simple-crypto-devstack-tempest-castellan-from-git job is
failing 5 tests, at least one of which gives the error message "Build of
instance f211971d-0214-4b28-9b8c-c9ff92deabce aborted: cannot import
name api", which appears to be a real error.

Do barbican master and castellan master work together?

Is there anyone with time to look into why that job is failing?
