Hello,

Due to bugs and fixes that has been needed we are probably going to 
merge some changes to
Puppet modules which will cause a refresh of their services meaning they 
will be restarted.

If you are following the stable branches (stable/rocky in this case) and 
not using tagged releases when you
are pulling in the Puppet OpenStack modules we want to alert you that 
restarts of services might happen
if you deploy new changes.

These two for example is bug fixes which are probably going to be 
restarted causing restart of Horizon
and Cinder services [1] [2] [3].
