[openstack-dev] [octavia] TERMINATED_HTTPS + SSL to backend server

Hi Mihaela,

Backend re-encryption is on our roadmap[1], but not yet implemented.
We have all of the technical pieces to make this work, it's just
someone getting time to do the API additions and update the flows.
