Work on new features should be well underway. With the Forum coming up, and the
Rocky-2 milestone just a few weeks away, teams should be thinking about what
they can actually accomplish in this cycle.

We have cycle-with-intermediary projects without a release this cycle. Please
take a look and see if these are ready to do a release for this cycle yet. It's
best to "release early, release often".

We had a few forced releases in Queens done by the release team, and we would
really prefer not to be the ones initiating those.

There are quite a few projects that have not responded to the mutable config
[1] and mox removal [2] Rocky series goals. Just a reminder that teams should
respond to these goals, even if they do not trigger any work for your specific
project.
