Open Stack

We are now less than two weeks away from the next Summit/Forum in Vancouver.
Hopefully teams are able to spend some time preparing for their Forum sessions
to make them productive.

I have updated the Forum wiki page to start collecting links to session
etherpads:

Please update this page with your etherpads as they are ready to make this one
easy place to go to for all sessions. I have started populating some sessions
so there is a start, but there are many that still need to be filled in.
