Development Focus

Team focus should be on spec approval and implementation for priority features.

General Information

We would love to have all the liaisons attend the release team meeting every
Friday[1].

That said, we are skipping this week's meeting due to availability with the
Easter weekend. :)

But we would also like to have PTLs and/or release liaison's in the
#openstack-release channel on milestone and release weeks. Please keep that in
mind and try to linger there during these times if possible. From time to time
it is necessary to track someone down to answer questions or resolve issues. It
would be great to have someone easily pingable.

I also want to make sure everyone is aware of the proposed changes to the
stable policy in support of the "Extended Maintenance" changes [2]. Please take
a look so you are aware of the planned changes, and please chime in if you have
any issues, questions, or concerns about the proposal.
