Hi Heat devs and ops

It's a great PTG plus SnowpenStack experience. Now Rocky started. We
really need all kind of input and effort to make sure we're heading toward
the right way.

Here is what we been discussed during PTG:

   - Future strategy for heat-tempest-plugin & functional tests
   - Multi-cloud support
   - Next plan for Heat Dashboard
   - Race conditions for clients updating/deleting stacks
   - Swift Template/file object support
   - heat dashboard needs of clients
   - Resuming after an engine failure
   - Moving SyncPoints from DB to DLM
   - toggle the debug option at runtime
   - remove mox
   - Allow partial success in ASG
   - Client Plugins and OpenStackSDK
   - Global Request Id support
   - Heat KeyStone Credential issue
   - (How we going to survive on the island)

You can find *all Etherpads links* in
*https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/heat-rocky-ptg
<https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/heat-rocky-ptg>*

We try to document down as much as we can(Thanks Zane for picking it up),
including discussion and actions. *Will try to target all actions in Rocky*.
If you do like to input on any topic (or any topic you think we
missing), *please
try to provide inputs to the etherpad* (and be kind to leave messages in ML
or meeting so we won't miss it.)

*Use Cases*
If you have any use case for us (What's your usecase, what's not working/
what's working well),
please help us and input to* https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/heat-usecases
